FALL SESSION MAKE-UP INFO
DUE TO THE NEVER-ENDING RAINS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS FALL, THE END DATE FOR THE FALL SESSION HAS BEEN EXTENDED. THIS EXTENSION APPLIES TO ALL CLASSES EXCEPT SATURDAY (IT HASN'T RAINED ON A SATURDAY YET!). IN CASE YOU HAVE LOST TRACK OF HOW MANY TIMES YOUR CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED, HERE ARE THE TOTALS, ALONG WITH THE NEW END DATES FOR THE SESSION. THESE NUMBERS COULD CHANGE IF THERE ARE MORE RAIN DAYS AND WILL BE UPDATED IF THAT HAPPENS:
Monday 3:30-5:00 & 5:00-6:00 - cancelled once, session ends 10/20
Tuesday 3:45-4:30 & 4:30-6:00 - cancelled 3 times, session ends 10/28
Wednesday 4:00-6:00 - cancelled once, session ends 10/22
Thursday 4:30-6:00 - cancelled once, session ends 10/23
Friday 4:00-5:00 - cancelled twice, session ends 10/24
Wednesday/Friday 10:30-noon - cancelled twice, session ends 10/24
Monday/Thursday 6:00-8:00 - cancelled twice, session ends 10/23
Tuesday 6:00-8:00 - cancelled 4 times, session ends 10/28
The Friday 4:00-5:00 class and all Tuesday classes will not have enough make-up days to equal the cancellations. If you are signed up for one of those classes you can come to the other class that is offered in your age group as a make-up (please let me know ahead of time if you would like to do this):
The Friday 4:00-5:00 class can make up on Mondays 5:00-6:00
The Tuesday 3:45-4:30 class can make up on Saturdays 10:00-10:45
The Tuesday 4:30-6:00 class can make up on Thursdays 4:30-6:00
If you are already signed up for both days of your age group, or if these make-up days don't work for you, I will issue a credit for an upcoming session - please let me know if that is the case. I hope this isn't too confusing, if you have questions please feel free to contact me!
